Beginner Poi Classes

Learn how to spin poi with Caitlin Louise from FireTribe.
Poi involves spinning tethered weights (usually two) around the body in a variety of rhythmical and geometric patterns. We learn with practice poi, but when you’re ready you can move on to Fire or LED poi.
Poi is incredibly good for your body AND your brain. You’ll develop strength, coordination and rhythm while practicing mindfulness and patience.
Beginner classes are a 5 week series that will guarantee you the basic moves and principles of spinning poi.
