The #CablewayCharityChallenge is an exciting annual fundraising event that is held on the iconic Table Mountain. This year, it takes place from 7 to 15 May 2022 in support of nominated beneficiaries.  The event sees professional athletes, intrepid individuals and corporate teams ascending Platteklip Gorge as many times as possible – on race day (7 May 2022) for corporate teams, and throughout the event week for individuals.
This annual charity challenge enables us to give back to organisations and individuals in need of our support.
Runners are granted free passage on all downward cable car trips, offering a breather between ascents. Funds are raised by runners via sponsorship pledges from friends, family and colleagues, in an easy to follow process on our website.
